Childhood
Kaia "K" Henare is the 5th of 8 children, born just moments after her brother. She was born in Italy to New Zealand native parents and travelled around the world with her parents. K moved around quite a bit as a child, and stayed with her grandparents qute often. When K was ten years old her younger sister - aria - got very sick. She, her twin and her younger siblings spent all their time with Aria unfortunately right before they returned to school Aria passed away. K remember in all of her spare time when she wasn't being strong for her other siblings she was crying because of how much she missed her sister. She slightly resented her parents for not being around more when her sister was sick.
Schooling
K and her twin then went to the Australian Wizarding School, with their 3 older siblings. Kaia loved being in control, some may say she is a bit of a control freak, which is probably why her and her twin were seperate for the first time, which for the first little bit was actually really difficult for K which to some people, was quite the surprise. Once Kaia was at school for the first weeks she started making friends. Kaia was a very friendly person, and also quite assertive so she made friends easily. However she was not as good at studying, school was not really her thing.
Love
When K was just turned 14 she started dating, secretly of course, she didn't want her siblings knowing that she was dating mostly because she wasn't exactly dating the good guy. Kaia didn't have very good taste in guys which she found out quite quickly. She went through men pretty quickly until she turned 17 when she vowed off men until she was set in a career. When she was in her fifth year she introduced her twin brother to her best friend Fiona, K loved the thought of her brother and best friend being together and when they finally did Kaia was over the moon for them.
Work
Kaia had bounced around jobs when she was young but soon realized that she wanted to work for the ministry. When she finally did start working for the Ministry she joined the Defence department, being as strong willed as she was it was the perfect job for her. She however left the ministry when the rise of the Dark Lord became prevalent because she was not full blood so she didn't want to be harmed or get fired, she found a job in cafe, she survived even though it was not a lot of money.
The War
Although Kaia was all the way in New Zealand and they were not affected nearly as much by the war, she still felt the affects just as much as her British colleagues. During the war she lost her best friend Fiona, she spent countless hours crying over the loss of her, while still trying to maintain a good repore at work... Kaia missed Fiona so much that at times it was unbearable.
Current Times
Kaia moved to live with her twin Nick approximately four years ago to help with his kids, it felt good to help her brother and it also felt a way to still see Fiona even though she was gone. Kaia loved looking after her niece and nephew, but very soon after moving there she did get a job at the ministry working in the Defence Department hoping she could help another war. About two months ago, she took a trip back home to New Zealand, and was reintroduced to her first boyfriend, a pureblooded narcissist, whom she had disliked for the longest time. But after a laspe of judgement she slept with him, she left hastily and it made for a very complicated relationship.
