Charlie's the second oldest of the Weasley clan, and probably the most like his mother. Whilst he wasn't a huge fan of the idea of becoming a big brother when Percy came into the world, over the year he's taken to it like a duck to water. He's incredibly protetive of his younger siblings and highly family-orientated, placing their well-being at the very top of his priorities.

He's also a dragon-obsessed nerd, having spent most of his life after leaving Hogwarts working with the fire-breathing beasts. He started at the reserve in Romania, trying to put some space between him and his mother's insane over-protective streak (which is thankfully not as bad these days), and then moved to a Welsh reserve after the war ended. He was then offered a position at Hogwarts, and for the last couple of years has been the COMC professor there. 

He's a friendly, affable sort with a protective streak a mile wide. He cares deeply about his students and goes out of his way to look after them. He's the sort of guy that'll pick you up at three am and see you home safely, no questions asked, and always has tea and biscuits to hand.

 Charlie makes friends easily enough; he likes talking to people and getting to know them, and he's an approachable sort of guy. He's a good friend to have, too, he's loyal and affectionate, and looks out for the people he cares about. He's the kind of friend who's always ready with tea and chocolate and a cuddle when you've had a bad day, who'll remind you to put a jumper on when it's cold out and show up with soup when you're sick. He's a proper mother hen and fusses a lot over his friends, but it's generally taken well.

He tends to make friends with people around his age who get similarly obsessive over things. He's still close with a lot of the people he's worked with on the dragon reservations, and he loves getting to talk to people who get similarly excited over magical creatures.

Don't mess with the Weasley's man, or once Molly's through with you Charlie will ressurect you and destroy your whole world. He doesn't take kindly to those who hurt the people he considers family - and this includes many of his siblings' friends, too, as well as his former Quidditch team - and he holds grudges for it. Other than that, he's generally pretty laidback and doesn't really get into confrontations - unless you dislike dragons or hurt them. Then he just plain doesn't trust you.

Charlie's got a surprisingly short dating history for a 32 year old man. He's both demisexual and biromantic, so there's only been very few people in his life that he's been genuinely attracted to - most of them close friends that he might have messed around a bit with, but rarely anything serious.

That said, he's a bit of a romantic at heart, and whilst he's currently single, he does want a relationship like what his parents or his older brother have. He wants to settle down with the right person and grow old together - it's just a matter of finding them. He can be a bit of a charmer and a flirt when he wants to be, but it rarely goes further with new people. Rather, he tends to start falling for people and finding them attractive after he's already fostered a deep emotional connection with them - by which point they tend to see him as too much of a friend to consider dating him. Still, he is looking for romance, and I'd love for him to find it!

Amelia here was initially scouted and welcomed to the wizarding world by Arthur Weasley's department (since he's so into muggles). She would have spent some time at the Weasley home for a few dinners and visits so these two would probably, at the very least, know one another.

I'm not sure when Amelia would have been around the Burrow and whether or not Charlie was in the country at the time - but she's a friend of the family, and that makes her family in his eyes, much like all his siblings' friends. He might not know the all that well, but he'll stand up for them and protect them if need be. And also he'll probably yell at Oliver a lot on Amelia's behalf.

Camille and Charlie

I think Camille and Charlie would definitely know each other, given that their both professors at Hogwarts. Charlie would probably be one of the people Camille gravitates too alot because of his many adventures and his work with Dragons. Camille is in awe of than and of Charlie's personality which is totally opposite from her. They would probably hangout when there aren't any works to be done for school. Although Charlie may not necessarily know that Camille is a Half Veela, because she doesn't tell him, but he would probably get a hint that she was because of his knowledge on creatures and such.

Oh yes, I'd love for these two to be friends! I reckon they're also probably in the small minority of being pretty young compared to their colleagues, so maybe they've also banded together a bit because of that? He'd be more than happy to talk to her about dragons, and maybe even take her to the Welsh reserve with him when he goes to visit Norberta? He might actually pick up on the Veela thing, though - Fleur is his sister-in-law and it's reasonably obvious with her, and she's a quarter, rather than a half, but he wouldn't ask outright or pry about it unless she brought it up. I would also imagine that she quite appreciates having a male friend who isn't completely gaga for her - whilst Charlie recognises that she's attractive, his demisexuality means he wouldn't have started hitting on her the moment he met her like I imagine she's kind of used to from guys? So maybe Charlie could be good for her in that aspect, in that he's a safe guy because her Veela charm doesn't affect him?

Camille would love to go and meet Norberta and yes it is a breath of fresh air that Charlie doesn't fall head over heels for her immediately. It actually gives her time to get to know Charlie and assures her that he is a genuine friend and cares for her as her and not as a pretty person. I can totally see Camille being comfortable with Charlie and appreciates his passion for his work. As an observant and quiet charcter I can see Charlie slowly cracking her shy side as she would not hesitate to laugh and actually converse with him not fearing of what he thinks of her half-breed status.

Sadly I don't have a pretty template to post with, but I thought I'd stick this idea in here to see what you think

Basically, Cora is scared of everything, most animals included. If Charlie were ever to find out, would he take it upon himself to try to cure her phobias?

Celyn would love to talk to Charlie about magical creatures all day long, skipping the whole warming up to Charlie thing for the most part. Celyn's focus is more on feline-esque creatures but he's also interested in pretty much everything else. I imagine when Celyn was studying to be a Magizoologist he could have come to Charlie's dragon reserve ... he probably would have tried to pet a dragon, even if he knew better. I could certainly see Charlie possibly lecturing him on taking some safety measures, which would leave Celyn a little thrown. Celyn's never known a close knit family, and is an only child, so he'd certainly think it a bit odd how close the whole Weasley family is.

Um, yes, absolutely. Probably by starting with something small and fluffy, like a pygmy puff (thanks George) and just trying to get her used to the small fluffy thing that doesn't actually do anything? He'd probably also tell her stories about the dragons and stuff - especially the baby ones - to try and demonstrate that hey, they're not just giant murderous beasts, they're also goofballs. 

He's not helping her with horses, though. Boy does not like horses.

Charlie's going to be falling over himself to talk to Celyn lol. He likes people who get the obsession with magical creatures - and tbh, he maintains that despite being vastly different in size, cats and dragons are very alike - and yeah, he'd absolutely give him a safety lecture. In a very fusspot, reminiscent of his mother kind of way, because Charlie's like that. Maybe if they met when Celyn came out to the reserve they've stayed in contact since, and Charlie asks Celyn for advice on magical beasts that he's less knowledgable about but needs to be for class?

I can imagine them having bickered over their favorites - and Celyn steadfastly upholds that felines are amazing and dragons a fickle scale-y things. But, Celyn would totally stare around dejectedly during that lecture because he's never really been lectured before. But yeah, they totally could have stayed in contact since the time Celyn spent at the reserves, and he would be more than willing to help Charlie out with magical creature information!
