Alright so this is Ginny's tentative love interest. He's a former Slytherin around her own age, probably neutral in the war. They probably met casually at the Ministry or after a Quidditch game and got to talking, building a bit of a tentative and odd friendship. Probably a lot of arguments and butting heads in the beginning. Eventually, though, Ginny comes up with the grand and magnificent idea of pretending to date just so she can see how red her brothers faces go ... and things go from there. Face claim is utterly open, though I'd kind of prefer him to be a canon Slytherin - that decision is up to you.

Pretty much Ginny's closest friend, they do have a rather interesting dynamic. Luna's a bit odd and everything but she's over all a fantastic person. Pretty much everything is open for her, though I'd prefer the face claim be the same.
