Astoria is Daphne's baby sister and the most important human in her life. Daphne's been more of a mother to Tori than a sister for most of their lives, after their mother died when Daphne was seven and Tori was five. Daphne was the one who looked after Tori from that moment on, as their father became uninvolved and later turned physically abusive towards Daphne.
Daphne has always been incredibly protective of Tori. After their father died in the Battle of Hogwarts, Daphne filed for guardianship of her little sister. They split their inheritances from both parents 50/50, and since Tori graduated Hogwarts they've been living together in a flat in London. Daphne only told Tori about their father's abuse after the war ended, but it's likely that Tori had suspicions of her own before that. They're super close and love each other to pieces, and they're super loyal to one another. I don't have anyone in mind for a playby, or what she does for a living, but she should be 22!

Daphne's foundation needs employees! She tries to hire kids who've come through the system as much as possible, where she can, and when she can't, people who appreciate what she's trying to do. She needs employees in pretty much every field - social workers, PR specialists, events planners, someone in financier, and she also needs a personal assistant who basically keeps her entire life on track.
