* General
To say that Kjerstin has had a rather rough time in her early years would be putting it simply, being given up as a result of her magic and being passed from foster home to foster home. It took a while for her to truly have a grasp of a place of her own, or to trust anyone to stick around and not toss her on. As a result she's slow to trust or let anyone truly close to her, for fear of being let down. In the same vein, since she is so used to having to do things herself she can be rather stubborn about accepting any sort of aid. Despite that, she's quite amiable and friendly, easily willing to talk to people and have a nice chat. Her heart lies first and foremost in her cooking and books at this point. Being able to stay in and create recipes or lounge around with a book is her idea of a good time.
* Friends
Kjerstin is open to being friends with pretty much anyone, but it takes quite a while for her to get truly close to a friend. To be able to trust them, and not have a niggling that they might disappear or drop her as a friend. One of the perks of being friendly with her would be a myriad of interesting cupcakes, though.
* Enemies
It isn't the easiest thing to make enemies with Kjerstin, she is relatively forgiving. People who go after those that she cares about are fair game, and she certainly won't be smiling upon anyone who has deserted her in the past.
* Romance
Kjerstin hasn't had too many relationships in the past since it's rather difficult for her to trust anyone. It'd take someone worming their self close enough to her for her to trust them for her to even consider a relationship.
