So this lovely lady is Cleo's best friend, flatmate, and co-owner of The Dought Knot with her. They met when they were working together a couple of years ago in a bakery in Wizarding Zurich, and last year decided they wanted to start up on their own and finally move to Britain. Together they pooled the money to buy the premises, and moved into the flat above the shop together.
I see her as being a total sweetheart, very willing to please people and the type to bend over backwards to help others. Also a very creative person; she enjoys making up recipes from scratch, whereas Cleo prefers adapting what she already knows. She's probably a little more naive than Cleo, and definitely more of a homebody; she's far more likely to want to stay home with a book and a cup of tea whilst Cleo goes out partying. Still, they're super close, and whilst they sometimes have their differences, they work really well together.
I've put Tina Desai as a placeholder, but honestly, anyone works! She should be in her twenties, and have been living in Zurich for at least three years prior to their move to Hogsmeade. However, she doesn't have to be Swiss like Cleo is - just have lived there!

This handsome fella is a potential love interest for Cleo. The idea I have is that he's a regular customer at the bakery, and he and Cleo have gotten to know each other reasonably well over the last year or so. Cleo has a tendency to harmlessly flirt with people, but it amuses her when people get flustered by it and she tends to amp it up a bit in those situations - and that's exactly what's going on here. He's a bit awkward and socially inept as it it, and Cleo's increasingly strong come-ons get him all flustered and confused, because she'll go from shamelessly flirting to him one minute to talking about the international Quidditch scene entirely seriously the next. He's thoroughly confused by her and can't tell if she's genuinely interested, which is why he hasn't made a move yet. Cleo doesn't think she's all that interested, but if he were to express a genuine afection for her, she'd be quite surprised by the fact that she does actually like him!
Other than that, this is pretty open. I'm not going to say they're finals or anything as I'd just like to see where things go, but I think it could be entertaining and quite sweet! He should be between 20 and 25, and I don't mind what his occupation is so long as it's feasible for him to be in Hogsmeade frequently.
