Cleo's a 24 year old baker and co-owner of The Dought Knot in Hogsmeade. Born in Switzerland, she has German and Polish Jewish heritage and is mostly-fluent in four languages (German, Polish, English & Yiddish), along with rudimentary French and Italian. She's sweet and sarcastic by turn, with a razor-sharp wit and an unfailing honesty to her that makes her quite the character. She's never blunt or rude, but she never lies either, just tries to be as gentle with the truth as she can be in difficult situations.
She's been living and working in Hogsmeade for a year now, having finally made the long-awaited move to Britain once she and her parents felt sure that British Wizarding Society had found its chill, for lack of a better term. Cleo's sometimes caustic sense of humour can rub some people up the wrong way, and she's also not afraid of calling people out. She doesn't back down from confrontation, and she's not scared of much - whilst she's unlikely to be the one starting a fight, she's hardly one to shy away from retaliating, or wading in to help out a friend.

Cleo can be a bit of a flirt when she wants to be. She's had a fair few partners in the past, male and female, and she doesn't attach much serious to romantic entanglements. She's a young woman living her life, and right now what she wants is to have fun.
